All companies in Malaysia must appoint a licensed company secretary within 30 days of incorporation under the Companies Act 2016. The company secretary plays a critical role in ensuring statutory obligations are met, records are accurate and corporate governance is upheld.

Company Incorporation

We manage the entire company incorporation process in Malaysia, ensuring a smooth, compliant and timely setup of your company with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). Our service fee is RM1,900, inclusive of the SSM filing fee of RM1,000.
Incorporating your company with us is simple, fully digital and handled end-to-end by our licensed company secretarial team. You’ll begin by completing a short information form and providing the required documents. Once received, we’ll proceed with the registration through SSM’s MyCoID system — typically completed within 3 to 7 working days.

Scope of work includes:

  • Company name search and reservation
  • Advising on the information and documents required for company incorporation
  • Completing company registration with SSM
  • Providing post-incorporation deliverables, including:
– Superform (Section 14)
– Notice of Registration (Section 15)
– Certificate of Incorporation (Certified True Copy)
– Company Profile (Certified True Copy)

Note: SSM fees for name reservation and certified true copy documents are included in the above service fee.

Ongoing Corporate Secretarial Support

Within 30 days of company incorporation, every company must appoint a licensed company secretary in accordance with the Companies Act 2016. The appointed secretary is responsible for maintaining statutory records, filing documents on time and advising directors on governance and compliance matters.
Our company secretarial processes are fully digital, with secure cloud-based access to statutory documents. Clients are provided with secure access to a cloud-based system to view, download and manage statutory records, resolutions and meeting minutes anytime.
Our service fee ranges from RM90 to RM300 per month, depending on company size, support level and volume of resolutions. A detailed proposal will be provided after an initial discussion of your requirements. The fee for annual return submission is RM500 (inclusive of the SSM filing fee of RM150).
Scope of work includes:
  • Acting as your named Company Secretary with SSM
  • Maintaining and updating statutory registers and minutes book
  • Drafting standard board or shareholder resolutions (e.g. appointments/resignations of directors, opening of bank account)
  • Preparing and filing annual returns in compliance with SSM submission deadlines
  • Monitoring statutory deadlines and issuing timely reminders
  • Advising on basic compliance and governance matters under the Companies Act 2016
Note: The above scope covers standard secretarial functions under the monthly retainer. Additional one-off works are covered separately under “Additional Secretarial Services” below.

Additional Secretarial Services

We provide specialised support for corporate changes and one-off compliance matters — ensuring every submission is accurate, timely and in line with regulatory expectations. Fees are quoted based on complexity, urgency and statutory requirements.
Scope of work includes:
  • Filing of financial statements via MBRS (fees based on company size and complexity)
  • Preparation of standard or complex board/shareholder resolutions
  • Change of company information or name
  • Share allotment or transfer (excluding stamp duty)
  • Preparation of share certificates
  • Increase of paid-up capital or change in shareholding structure
  • Amendment or adoption of a new company constitution
