Monthly Payroll Services
We manage your monthly payroll cycle with precision — from salary calculations to statutory contributions. Our process ensures timely, accurate payments and full compliance with Malaysian labour laws, tax and statutory requirements. Our service fee is RM80 per staff per month, with a one-off setup fee of RM250.
Scope of work includes:
- Set up employee profiles, salary structures and statutory details
- Configure payroll settings to align with your business policies
- Process monthly payroll and payslip issuance
- Manage statutory submissions for EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB
- Provide payroll reports as required
Statutory Employer Account Registration
For businesses hiring employees for the first time, we handle statutory employer registrations to ensure full compliance before your first payroll run.

- HRDF Employer Registration – RM250
Note: Registration with statutory bodies is free. Our fees cover the administration, documentation and liaison required to ensure a smooth process.
